Position description:
- Management of purchasing needs/organization and execution of orders (knowledge of ERP program)
- Maintaining and updating supplier database
- Daily communication with suppliers and monitoring of purchases and supply
- Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers
- Receiving orders from suppliers
- Direct cooperation with the accounting department and the finance department
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in economics or other field of study
- Previous experience in an organised Purchasing Department
- Degree in Business Administration or a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Very good computer skills (Windows, Office)
- Project management skills (project management)
- Negotiation skills
- Organisation
- Ability to solve problems
- Possession of a driving licence
