1) Purchasing Department Executive

Our company is looking for a candidate to staff the Purchasing Department.

Position description:

  • Management of purchasing needs/organization and execution of orders (knowledge of ERP program)
  • Maintaining and updating supplier database
  • Daily communication with suppliers and monitoring of purchases and supply
  • Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers
  • Receiving orders from suppliers
  • Direct cooperation with the accounting department and the finance department


Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in economics or other field of study
  • Previous experience in an organised Purchasing Department
  • Degree in Business Administration or a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Very good computer skills (Windows, Office)
  • Project management skills (project management)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Organisation
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Possession of a driving licence
