The new Hyperdeck Extreme 8K HDR features new innovations such as saving files to H.265, optional internal cache, 3D Luts & 8K HDR native support! Its extreme ability to record 8K in H.265, you get reduced storage costs and amazing image quality. It also features a large touch screen that ensures perfect view of your recording as well as control over all deck settings. Also, HyperDeck Extreme Control can transform it into a traditional broadcast deck! This means HyperDeck Extreme is the perfect solution for the next generation of broadcast, live production and digital signage!

It includes an innovative touch screen user interface with deck controls as well as a large screen to view your recording, Quad 12G-SDI for 8K input and 5 12G-SDI for Output, also HDMI and analog is also supported in order to fully support any signal recording easily! It can record to C.FAST cards or to USB-C media disks externally. By equipping the Blackmagic Multidock 10G, it is capable of recording to SSDs for compatibility with other Hyperdeck models.

Its design is similar with VTR Broadcast style as you get buttons for rewind, fast forward, stop, play record. There s an eject button for ejecting cassettes, an input button for changing EE/PB modes plus a pre-roll button for cueing the tape.

By equipping the Hyperdeck Extreme Control you gain access to 8 buttons for the recorder selection and 8 buttons for the player selection. The built in remote control router makes a multi deck work possible by connecting the RS-422 connectors and then you gain access up to 8 Broadcast Decks! These controllers are tested to ensure compatibly with legacy broadcast decks such as the BVH-2000 series, 1 inc C format machines, D2M, Betacam SP and Digital Betacam decks!
